All merchandise is guaranteed against manufacturing defects only. Merchandise with a manufacturing defect will not be accepted for return unless specific authorization has been given in advance by the customer service department. No returns for merchandise will be authorized past 30 days from acceptance by you. Items must be returned in "as new" condition. Refunds on deposits for Custom Orders are fully refundable prior to a customer finalizing their order when a manufacturing run has been been confirmed.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes after an order reaches the destination country. You are responsible for all charges for customs clearance, if any. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.
On rare occasions, you may still experience the “buzz” even when your phone is on the Card. The problem is easily solved. Ensure the phone is placed squarely on the Card; slowly rotate the Card and phone to an optimal position where interference is eliminated. Also, if the phone is being charged, the cable will act as an antenna and cause the buzz. Unplug your cell phone to eliminate the buzz.
